Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are 100 % factory, we warmly welcome you to pay us a visit and see our machining capabilities here in person.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the design is simple to get machined. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are very complicated in machining structure, surely, it is according to machining difficulty and quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample production before moving to mass production to test its quality. It takes little cost of CNC Programme setting-up and surface finish, we ain’t making money from sample sometime we pay part of them for our customer since it’s the first time to work projects together 🙂
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 50% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
